Portugal Joins the Global Alliance to End Violence Against Children
Portugal is proud to join the Pathfinding Global Alliance on Ending Violence Against Children as its 49th member country.
By joining the Alliance, Portugal reaffirms its strong commitment to protecting every child’s rights, dignity, and future. Together with governments and partners across sectors, we will work to accelerate action to end all forms of violence against children by 2030 and beyond, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and international child rights standards.
The Pathfinding Global Alliance provides a vital platform for collaboration, enabling partners to share ideas, advance concrete actions, and demonstrate progress through a multistakeholder approach.
Portugal looks forward to contributing actively to this global effort, working side by side with other member countries and regional initiatives to ensure that violence against children has no place in our world.
