UNCTAD16
Portugal actively participated in the 16th session of UNCTAD, represented by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Dra. Ana Isabel Xavier. Portugal thus reiterates its commitment to a more balanced trade and a more sustainable future. During the General Debate, Secretary of State underlined the importance of multilateralism, equitable and sustainable economic growth, and the role of SMEs for national development.
